Associate Kevin Heneghan worked at Nielsen Merksamer prior to joining the firm, and as Associate Corporate Counsel at RateXchange. He graduated with honors from LaSalle University, and served as Associate Articles Editor for the Constitutional Law Quarterly at Hastings College of Law, where he received a CALI Award in Foreign Relations Law. He is currently a member of the California Political Attorneys Association, San Francisco Bar Association, American Bar Association and Commonwealth Club.
