Associate Jesse Mainardi joined the firm after working as an Enforcement Attorney at the California Fair Political Practices Commission where, among other things, he prosecuted cases involving campaign reporting and personal use violations. He also worked for several years as a transactional and litigation associate at the San Francisco firm of Cooper, White & Cooper LLP. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University and attended Hastings College of the Law, where he served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Hasting Law Journal. He also received a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and serves as co-chair of the school's Bay Area alumni group. He remains an actively involved alumnus of Teach For America and the Coro program.
